Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join MTAP Technologies. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per annum
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with prior experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve organisational business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Prepare business development forecasts, budgets, and plans to ensure adequate resources are allocated to meet business targets and objectives.
- Monitor business performance against targets, analyze business data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure business goals are achieved.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments to effectively promote and sell company products and services.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving business goals.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on business performance, market trends, and business opportunities for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all business activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A proven track record of success in sales management.
- Prior experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Proven experience in new client acquisition.
