Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our remote-first team in Noida. As a key member of our sales team, you will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, develop growth strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales, business development, and account management. You should possess strong negotiation and communication skills, experience in developing and implementing growth strategies, knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and understanding of cloud communications or SaaS industry.

Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary estimated at ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
