Senior Commercial Property Strategist

As a key figure in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial properties portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Site Feasibility Studies: Conduct thorough site evaluations to determine financial viability and risks.
- Lease Negotiations: Lead negotiations for lease agreements, renewals, and other real estate contracts.
- Landlord Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and property consultants.
- Portfolio Optimization: Oversee the existing portfolio to ensure maximum efficiency and return on investment.
You will also be responsible for providing periodic reports on property performance and portfolio health, as well as representing us in all property-related discussions with external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably in site acquisition or leasing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of real estate market dynamics in India.
- Proven experience in stakeholder and landlord relationship management.
- High attention to detail, with strong analytical and financial acumen.
