Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner Manager

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Resolve employee queries and concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and ensure strict compliance with labor laws.
  • Implement and enforce policies across the organization.
  • Drive engagement initiatives through collaboration.
  • Track progress, ensuring timely communication of closures.
  • Ensure KRAs (Key Result Areas) are signed-off from new employees.
  • Coordinate performance appraisals.
  • Monitor training plans and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze employee turnover trends and propose corrective actions.
  • Boost employer brand presence.
  • Adhere to organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with business partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • Significant experience in HR roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of labor laws.
  • Experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work onsite and flexible schedules.
