Job Title: Human Resources Professional

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and they are well-integrated into the company.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, HR activities, and documentation.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, providing support and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Payroll Support: Assist the payroll team with data collection, payroll processing, and resolving any payroll-related issues.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on HR metrics, including recruitment, employee turnover, and payroll, providing insights to HR management.
  • Training Coordination: Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees.
  • Event Coordination: Help plan and execute company events, such as employee engagement activities and team-building events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
