The International Business Development Executive/Manager plays a crucial role in expanding the company's footprint in global markets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve international sales targets
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor RPO solutions to meet client needs
  • Lead negotiations and drive the sales process from lead generation to closure
  • Provide market feedback and insights to enhance service offerings
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle and manage pipeline effectively
  • Represent the company at international industry events and conferences
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve set KPIs
  • Ensure adherence to international sales regulations and compliance standards
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful international business development in the RPO or HR industry
  • Strong understanding of global market dynamics and business practices
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in creating and delivering impactful sales presentations
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to sales
  • Sound knowledge of RPO industry trends and best practices
