Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled International Business Manager to join our team at Maruti Suzuki India Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for developing technical capabilities of overseas distributor manpower and upskilling them to take care of Suzuki customers. Your key responsibilities will include good understanding of vehicle systems of MSIL production models, planning & execution of training courses, and good communication skill, self-learning abilities and planning skill to take care of hands-on training as well as planning of regional/Distributor training facilities independently. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include Targets related to Suzuki Service Qualification System (SSQS), Suzuki Service Advisor Training (SSAT), Service Quality Standards (SQS) trainings, Skill competitions, etc. Prerequisite: Candidate should be ready to travel overseas and work in different time zones and as per business requirements. Qualification: B.Tech. Level: MGR/SMGR. Functional Competencies: Strong Analytical skills, International Marketing (desired), Marketing and Sales exposure (essential), Planning short term projects, Monitoring against business plan, Functional expertise & execution, Good Communication skills.
