About the Role

Jobin International Company is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the travel and tourism industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the GCC and European markets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel companies and tour operators.
  3. Provide expert knowledge of GCC and European destinations, tourism products, and hospitality services.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong understanding of GCC and European destinations, tourism products, and hospitality services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business presence in new markets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
