Business Development Manager for Kuwait and GCC

Jobin International Company is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the travel and tourism industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the GCC and European markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel companies and tour operators.
- Provide expert knowledge of GCC and European destinations, tourism products, and hospitality services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong understanding of GCC and European destinations, tourism products, and hospitality services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business presence in new markets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
