Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise as a Support Engineer and make a significant impact on our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional customer support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive resolution.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers via various channels, including email, chat, and ticketing systems.
  • Conducting thorough root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless issue escalation and resolution.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge base articles and technical documentation to enhance customer self-service capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a technical support role, with a proven track record of success in both L1 and L2 environments.
  • Strong proficiency in troubleshooting operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Familiarity with database management (e.g., SQL) and web servers.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
