The role of a Beverage Manager is multifaceted and challenging.

About the Job

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the work of employees in the Roof Top Bar while ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will provide technical guidance on beverage products and service for other bars within the F&B operation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Built a motivated and skilled team by leading by example and instilling a culture of continuous learning and improvement among employees.
  • Participate actively in Employee Relations activities and programs.
  • Develop and manage the career growth of every employee through effective coaching, training, and company values.
  • Organize and manage the department in accordance with company philosophy and policies, maximizing efficiency and productivity while achieving established goals.
  • Demonstrate warmth, care, and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers.
  • Livethe Golden Rule.
  • Set standards awareness by setting examples for execution, testing, and implementing action plans to achieve product and service goals.
Achievements
  • Earn revenue and profit targets.
  • Suggest revenue enhancement and cost management ideas to senior management.
  • Engage in the marketing of your outlet.
  • Take ownership of guest concerns and requests and act decisively to ensure guest satisfaction during glitches.

Requirements

  • Hold 3-4 years of relevant experience in a 5-star hotel or resort.
  • Possess aptitude, management skills, and upward mobility.
  • Have prior Mixologist experience.
  • Possess business acumen, well-developed guest PR skills, and personal flair.
  • Develop a well-informed interest in food and wines and have undergone professional training in food and wine knowledge.
