Guest Service Associate F&B Service Job Description

  • This role involves providing exceptional guest service in the food and beverage department, ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the smooth operation of the food and beverage department, including the delivery of food and beverage services to guests.
  • To work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • To take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring that they are carried out in a timely and professional manner.
  • To contribute to the achievement of departmental plans and objectives, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver results.
  • To build and maintain effective working relationships, promoting a positive company culture and values.
  • To ensure compliance with legislation and best practice, documenting and implementing processes as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • A hands-on approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • The ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks assigned.
  • Personal integrity and the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
  • Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
