Director of Food and Beverage

This is a senior leadership role that requires exceptional food and beverage expertise, strong business acumen, and excellent team management skills.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop innovative F&B concepts, elevate culinary offerings, and drive revenue through strategic promotions and menu engineering.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of the Food & Beverage Division, including multiple Restaurants, Bars, Banquets, and In-Room Dining Services.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing F&B team to maintain the highest standards of service and guest experience.
  • Financial Acumen: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the F&B Operation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales & Marketing for F&B promotions, events, and partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 15 years of experience in Luxury Hotel F&B Operations.
  • Currently holding the position of Director F&B in a high F&B turnover Luxury/Deluxe Hotel.
  • Exposure to high-volume Banquet/Events Operations and Specialty Dining Concepts.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver on service excellence.
