Executive Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Executive to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring that all aspects of service meet the highest standards.

**Job Summary:**
The Food and Beverage Executive will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring that they work together effectively to deliver excellent service to our guests. This includes inspecting staff grooming and attire, completing opening and closing duties, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and customer service experience in the hospitality industry.

**Responsibilities:**
• Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department
• Inspect staff grooming and attire, and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools
• Develop and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings
• Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats, including small print
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance

**Requirements:**
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of related work experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
