Role Overview

This hybrid internship role for a Sales Manager at The Island Crew involves day-to-day tasks related to sales, customer relationship management, and business development. This position offers flexibility with remote work options in addition to being based in Pune.

About the Role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies and pipelines, as well as maintaining strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is essential, along with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Requirements

We are seeking an individual with experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development. An MBA is a plus, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is required. Previous sales experience or relevant internships are also necessary.
