We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Servicing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with clients regularly through various channels to understand their needs and requirements.
- You will respond promptly to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to provide the best possible options.
- Cross-check assignments before sending them to clients.
- Foster relationships with clients by providing exceptional communication and prompt service.
- Identify new business opportunities through client referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of existing and potential clients and their contracts with the company.
The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in client servicing roles within advertising agencies, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be energetic and able to work under pressure, think creatively, and demonstrate commercial awareness.
