Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 – ₹1,800,000, depending on experience and performance.
Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting prospective clients who inquire about our services through our website or online advertisements. Your key objectives include acquiring, serving, and retaining clients to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in selling or trading financial products and services.
- Prior experience in trading, even if unsuccessful, is highly valued.
- Freshers and first-timers are not considered for this position.
- You must be proficient in Hindi and English.
- Formal attire is mandatory at the workplace.
- Candidates with camera shyness are not eligible.
- You are allowed to use your phone only four times a day for callback purposes, limited to 5 minutes per call.
Key Performance Indicators
Your success will be measured by your ability to acquire new clients, increase revenue, and maintain client relationships.
