Job Description

As a skilled IT professional, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining global communication and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Exchange, or SAP Workzone. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth operation of email & telecommunication systems, instant messaging, and video conferencing tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain application lifecycle including security and maintenance procedures for Microsoft Applications and the M365 environment
  • Ensure smooth operation of email & telecommunication systems, instant messaging, and video conferencing tools
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches according to ITIL standards
  • Document features and changes for administrators and end users via FAQ pages and manuals
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in application operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft & SAP services (e.g., MS Teams, Exchange)
  • In-depth skills related to application lifecycle, including security and maintenance procedures for Microsoft Applications and the M365 environment
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and proven experience with service management tools like ServiceNow
  • Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified, ITIL Certified)
  • Strong global communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
