Senior Scientific Communications Leader

This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong scientific background and experience in managing teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for global and US markets, focusing on high-quality scientific content and medical communications.
- Build and manage a team of scientific communication specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to ensure alignment of scientific messages across all platforms and materials.
- Doctorate degree or equivalent experience in a life science discipline OR Master's degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
- 6 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources.
- Advanced degree in a life science discipline (PhD, PharmD, MD)
- Prior experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development within the biopharmaceutical industry
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), time management, project planning, and the ability to present to executives
