Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive scientific communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of scientific communication specialists and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional colleagues to ensure alignment of scientific messages and develop strategic plans for top-tier global congresses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Doctorate degree in a life science discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of scientific communications experience, including 3 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills (written and verbal), time management, project planning, and the ability to present to executives.
