**Job Description:**

We are seeking a creative and skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Visual Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing graphics, banners, infographics, logos, brochures, and presentation decks.

You will work closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to create user-friendly designs that align with our brand guidelines. Your role will involve translating concepts into creative visuals, editing and retouching images as needed, and staying up-to-date with design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Canva, or similar
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout
  • Ability to adapt to various design styles and brand aesthetics
  • Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred)
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work
