Senior Unified Communications Specialist

This is an opportunity for a Senior Unified Communications Specialist - Webex Calling to design, deploy, and maintain advanced communication systems on the Cisco Webex platform. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a strong background in migrating legacy systems, optimizing call performance, and integrating Webex with other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cutting-edge UC solutions on Cisco Webex, including designing, deploying, and maintaining advanced communication systems.
  • Provide Level 3 support for complex incidents and escalations, resolving challenging technical issues and ensuring system stability.
  • Configure SIP trunks, dial plans, IVRs, auto attendants, and contact center flows to enable a seamless calling experience.
  • Migrate legacy platforms like CUCM and UCCX to Webex, planning and executing carefully to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize call quality, routing, and performance to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Integrate Webex CC with CRMs like Salesforce and Zendesk to enhance business workflows.
  • Use the Webex Control Hub and coordinate with Cisco TAC for support.
  • Perform PCAP, SIP trace, and media path analysis.
  • Manage contact center analytics and reporting dashboards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience as a UC Engineer or Unified Communications Engineer.
  • Expertise in WebexCC, Cisco, and Webex cc calling.
  • Experience as a Network Engineer or UC consulting Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of SIP, QoS, and PSTN integrations.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote collaboration with global teams.
  • Sharp presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong sense of compliance, InfoSec, and data privacy.
