We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a key leadership role in our revenue cycle operations. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving financial performance through innovative strategies and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to enhance revenue cycle efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish processes to optimize insurance collection and manage accounts receivable.
- Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead teams of high-performing professionals to achieve exceptional results.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 14 years of experience in end-to-end revenue cycle management.
- Proven track record of success in leading large teams and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
