**Job Opportunity:** Revenue Operations Strategist

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our revenue operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing effective revenue strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a comprehensive RevOps strategy that aligns with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Develop and maintain GTM systems and tools stack, including CRM, automation tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Enhance funnel visibility and reporting by defining, measuring, and acting upon key performance indicators.
  • Standardize processes across the revenue cycle, including lead qualification, pipeline management, renewals, and more.
  • Collaborate with functional heads to ensure alignment on metrics, data definitions, and operational workflows.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models and funnel dynamics.
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives for stakeholders.
  • Holistic thinking with attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional RevOps initiatives end-to-end.
  • Deep expertise with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
  • Strong knowledge of lead-to-cash processes and funnel metrics.
  • Exposure to reporting/BI tools such as Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes and systems.
