Job Title: Data Insights Strategist

We are seeking a talented Data Insights Strategist to lead our data-driven initiatives and drive business outcomes.

    • Data Insight Generation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue growth.
    • Business Case Development: Develop and present compelling business cases, leveraging data insights to justify improvement initiatives.
    • Process Optimization: Design and implement Customer Journey Maps and Process Maps to drive optimized, future-state experiences across People, Process, Data, and Technology.
    • Interaction Analysis: Analyze interaction trends across human-assisted channels to inform operational strategies and channel optimization.
    • Communication: Create engaging, data-rich visualizations (slides, charts, dashboards) for stakeholders at all levels.
    • Risk Management: Proactively manage project risks, maintain risk registers, and escalate issues as needed.
    • Progress Monitoring:
Maintain accurate records of project progress from ideation through benefits realization, ensuring KPIs are met.Talent Development: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.Priorities: Implement data-driven solutions that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.Deliverables: Achieve desired project outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
