Job Description

As a Sales Manager in our diesel genset industry team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. You will lead a team of sales professionals, setting targets, providing coaching and training, and conducting performance evaluations. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders.

  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging market trends
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in sales within the diesel genset industry or a closely related field is essential. You should also possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, technical knowledge of diesel generator sets and power generation systems, and proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytic tools.
