About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Strategist to lead our sales team in Bangalore. As a Manager/Senior Manager - B2C Sales, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales and ARPU targets.
Your Key Responsibilities- Design and implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales and ARPU targets as per the approved plan.
- Prepare and submit annual sales plans and budgets to Sales Heads for approval, covering bandwidth, geographic spread of retail clients, sales manpower plans, and projected revenues.
- Provide feedback to management on market response to new product launches.
- Ensure implementations of approved sales promotions schemes across the Retail Business Vertical.
- Conduct reviews of Sales teams on a weekly basis and visit 10% of all enquiries with Sales teams.
- Design & submit MIS formats for tracking and compliance against sales plans.
- Maintain 100% adherence to the processes and policies of the company.
- Responsible for educating and training the concerned team regarding company/vertical vision, values, processes, and policies.
- Conduct sales trainings to improve the functional & non-functional skills of sales forces.
MBA with relevant work experience. Should have experience of handling a team.
Key Personal AttributesGood communication skills, reasoning, and analytical ability. Must be collaborative in approach and a team player. Very good at networking, negotiations, and influencing. Capability to understand customer needs and strong business acumen. Ability to handle large teams and multifunctional projects.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is ₹60 lakhs - ₹80 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement planning, and opportunities for career growth and development.
