About the Role

Amazon Ads seeks an experienced Digital Video Sales Strategist to join our rapidly-growing Video Ads Sales team. As a key player in delivering best-in-class products, devices, and services in the video ads space, this role will help connect brands with our newest ad solutions to delight customers and drive results.

This is an exciting time to join a new team in a role with broad scope and the potential to make a real impact. This position will focus on driving video business and helping our customers achieve their brand-building objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building partnerships and working in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate revenue by establishing relationships with advertiser decision-makers and agencies and constructing compelling pitches.
  • Hunt for new opportunities and connect them with value-adding solutions.
  • Develop sales pipelines and influence buying decisions to drive revenue from new advertisers.
  • Map account strategies, aligning resources and uncovering which of our video products best serve an advertiser's needs.
  • Hold sales calls on existing and prospective clients, delivering superior customer service.
Requirements

We seek a highly skilled individual with:

  • MBA from a premier B-School.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or video ad sales. OTT sales experience preferred.

Additional preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or advertising campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,500,000 (dependent on location) and includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement planning, and professional development opportunities.
