About You
We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian healthcare industry, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. A salary of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum is on offer for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for India, aligning with Arborvitae's overall vision and growth objectives.
- Identify key market opportunities and devise targeted sales campaigns for both B2B corporate and hospital segments.
- Achieve sales targets for the team and monitor progress regularly.
- Execute strategic guidance from senior management on sales-related matters.

Team Management & Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of high-performing Business Development Executives specializing in B2B corporate and hospital sales.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.

Sales Operations & Performance
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and effective resource allocation.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Client Relationships & Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners across both B2B corporate and hospital segments.
- Represent Arborvitae at industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
