Our revolutionary patented product, Frontier X2, provides real-time feedback on cardiac health to users on the move. We also offer the Frontier Heart Program, which offers a consultation service with our cardiac and exercise experts.
The company sells online in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, and India, and plans to grow faster, wider, and deeper. Our soon-to-be-launched, FDA 510k cleared Frontier X Plus will enable us to target potential B2B clients in sports cardiology, cardiac rehab centers, clinical research organizations (CROs), and more.
Sales Role
We at Fourth Frontier are seeking a highly talented Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This position requires working in a fast-paced environment and being comfortable with making cold calls to leads and closing sales (B2B and B2C).
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and online demos to prospective clients and existing customers to promote and sell our medical heart monitoring device (Frontier X2 and Frontier X Plus)
- Identify and generate leads through research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Target new accounts in hospitals, clinics, clinical research organizations, and sports cardiology practices in the USA to promote our products
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline from initial outreach to contract signing and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas regularly
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in our systems
- Collaborate with other sales team members to share information and best practices
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in the healthcare, sports/fitness or Edtech industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in working in inside sales in international geographies like the USA is preferred, though not mandatory
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical terminology and cardiovascular health is a plus
The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation (and monthly incentives).
