About the Role:

At Digitive, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation through proactive account management and exceptional service delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for someone with 4-7 years of experience in recruitment, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the India market.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the India recruitment market and hiring practices.
  • You will be working closely with internal teams to meet hiring goals and ensure timely delivery of top-quality candidates.
  • Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, candidate status, and recruitment metrics is also a crucial part of this role.
  • A minimum salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum is offered based on qualifications and experience.

  • Proven experience in account management and client servicing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and requirements simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and CRM platforms.
