Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment, data management, performance management, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives. This includes partnering with school leaders to define staffing needs, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and overseeing all HR operations for Nagpur schools.

Additionally, you will serve as a key HR partner to all schools in Nagpur, addressing team-level concerns, people issues, and morale challenges. You will also promote a positive work environment rooted in care, respect, and collaboration.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles
  • Proven experience in hiring and HR data management
  • Experience working in development and non-profit sectors is preferred
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to own a piece of work from start to finish
  • Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders
