As a strategic leader, you will be the driving force behind HR initiatives, championing talent development and execution to drive business success.
You'll be a trusted advisor, providing insightful guidance and support across the entire employee lifecycle. Accountable for delivering expert advice, guidance, and support to leaders in executing talent programs and processes, proactive advising, and resolving employee concerns.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple tasks related to HR, benefits, sales, legal, and general administration
- Oversee and manage various high-level projects on behalf of executive teams
- Establish HR best practices, policies, and procedures across teams
- Lead and build a professional HR organization
- Ensure effective risk management, governance, and compliance
- Anticipate and drive the execution of HR programs related to enterprise talent offerings across all domains of the HR portfolio
- Provide proactive and insightful advice and guidance to leaders related to HR processes and programs
- Analyze data insights to support talent strategy development and execution
- Provide mentorship and guidance to internal HR stakeholders, encourage continuous learning, and stay current with industry trends
- Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures
- Talent management: recruit, develop, and retain top talent
- Manage vendor and customer contracts
- Develop and implement systems and intelligence for client retention
- Collaborate with multiple teams to coordinate various tasks
