Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Core HR expert to lead our team in optimizing existing configurations and ensuring a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR, with a strong focus on the modern Redwood user experience and a proven track record of managing system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Core HR, including Enterprise Structures, Legal Entities, Business Units, Jobs, Positions, Grades, and other foundational HR setups.
  • Configuration and Customization:
    • Configure and personalize Redwood pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) Express Mode and Business Rules to align with business requirements.
    • Implement and manage HCM security components, including roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
    • Configure and troubleshoot approval workflows, Journeys and notifications.
  • Upgrades and Release Management:
    • Stay up-to-date with Oracle's quarterly updates, specifically monitoring new Redwood features and mandatory migration timelines.
    • Assess the impact of new features and changes on existing configurations and customizations.
    • Conduct thorough testing (SIT/UAT) in non-production environments to ensure a smooth transition with each upgrade.
