Job Title: HCM Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead implementation activities for Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR, and other related modules.
  • Drive the full project life cycle from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Configure and maintain timecard layouts, time attributes, time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies, and integrations with HCM.
  • Develop and enhance Fast Formulas for time, payroll, and validations, as well as integrations with third-party applications and reports.
  • Manage security setup and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM configuration, customization, and integration with other Oracle products.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
