Job Title:

HCM Cloud Configuration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement compensation plans, budgets, and statements in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for validation, calculations, and retro-processing.
  • Configure and utilize data loaders: HDL and Spreadsheet Loader for efficient data uploads and management.
  • Create and modify RTF templates and develop OTBI / BI Publisher reports of medium complexity.
  • Support the functional configuration and processes for Goal and Performance Management module.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to deliver high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise as a Techno-Functional consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Demonstrable experience in writing Fast Formulas.
  • Strong experience with data loaders: HDL and Spreadsheet Loader.
  • Experience in developing OTBI analyses, BI Publisher reports, and RTF templates.
  • Solid understanding of base compensation structures and grade-step progressions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
