Job Title:

Technical HCM Cloud Consultant">We are seeking a highly skilled technical consultant to deliver the technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of at least two HCM modules including Core HR and functional knowledge of Redwood framework.
  • Develop HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems using expertise in data conversion and report development.
  • Utilize BI Publisher to develop reports that cater to business needs.
  • Perform data migration using HDL and leverage fast formulas to improve system efficiency.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs and migrate existing page personalizations to Redwood.
  • Configure Journey settings and perform page customizations using VBS.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • HCM Cloud functional certifications.
