Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

 

Job Description:

As a seasoned professional in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting various modules. Your expertise will be utilized to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules
  • Translate business requirements into system solutions
  • Lead RFP responses and collaborate with sales and technical teams
  • Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules
  • Configure Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules
  • Conduct client demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications
  • Collaborate with project teams on reports, interfaces, data conversion, and application extensions
  • Test and validate technical components
  • Support clients during test phases and resolve implementation-related issues
  • Develop end-user documentation and training materials
  • Oversee offshore project deliverables
  • Act as a subject matter expert guiding clients through design and implementation of HCM modules
  • Conduct client workshops, configuration, and training sessions
  • Experience in creating workflows, security, and OTBI reports

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Payroll with any module combination)
  • Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies and experience with multi-cultural, geographically diverse teams
