Job Summary

About this role:

  • This position involves collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements.
  • You will be responsible for configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL.
  • Your tasks include implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM end-to-end, conducting functional testing, preparing test scripts, and supporting UAT.
  • You will also provide post-go-live support, handle change requests, create documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR teams to determine business needs and implement solutions.
  • Configure Oracle HCM modules to meet business requirements.
  • Implement and support Oracle HCM systems, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and training resources.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Strong understanding of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles.
  • Fully qualified in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
  • Awareness of HR processes and policies is essential.
  • Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client interaction skills are required.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
