Senior Oracle ASCP Specialist

About the Role:

This is a key position in our organization where you will be responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of Oracle ASCP applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oracle ASCP Implementation:
    • Design, configure, and deploy Oracle ASCP applications within the Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) environment.
    • Implement Planning Processes.
  • Planning and Process Management:
    • Develop and implement planning processes to optimize business operations.
    • Model and manage supply chain processes.
    • Create and manage plans to meet business objectives.
    • Analyze constraints and develop solutions.
    • Conduct what-if analyses to inform decision-making.
    • Manage exceptions to ensure business continuity.
  • Functional Areas and System Configuration:
    • Configure demand planning systems.
    • Develop and implement supply planning strategies.
    • Manage capacity planning to optimize resource utilization.
    • Implement inventory management systems.
    • Develop distribution planning strategies.
    • Configure system settings to ensure integration and data management.
  • Production Scheduling:
    • Develop and manage production schedules to meet business objectives.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
    • Technical Expertise:
      • Possess strong technical knowledge of Oracle ASCP, Production Scheduling, Inventory, Work in Progress (WIP), Bill of Materials (BOM), and other related modules.
    • Project Support:
      • Participate in project planning, implementation, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support activities.
    • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
      • Resolve functional issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide guidance on Oracle best practices.
    • Continuous Improvement:
      • Stay updated with the latest Oracle product releases and features, contributing to ongoing process improvement.
