Job Title: Oracle HCM EBS Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Oracle EBS HCM Consultant. This role will be primarily based on-site but may require occasional travel to client locations in the Middle East.

  • This individual will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and providing functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Core HR and Payroll. Exposure to Self-Service HR (SSHR) or iRecruitment is highly desirable.
  • Collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities is essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll; working knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development
  • Must be an immediate joiner
  • Must hold a valid Indian passport and be willing to travel to the Middle East onsite as per project needs
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills
