As a seasoned professional in Human Capital Management (HCM), we are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of HCM Technical Lead.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced expert to oversee the end-to-end deployment, updating, and customization of Oracle HCM modules globally. This involves leading and managing complex projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless system configuration and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver successful Oracle HCM implementations across multiple modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure project success and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the setup and adaptation of Oracle HCM modules to meet business requirements and best practices.
  • Training, testing & Quality assurance of HR tech products: Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and user guides. Plan pilots, testing, and provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
  • Change Management and digital adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement to ensure successful adoption of technology solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Overall 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
    • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
    • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
    • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.
