Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant. The successful candidate will play a critical role in streamlining payroll processes and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the functional team to build prototypes and develop code packages for payroll processing.
  • Assist in assessing technical feasibility against business requirements and define technical design documents.
  • Develop expertise in payroll elements, fast formulas, and costing setup, as well as payroll flows, checklists, and processing.
  • Create HSDL-based spreadsheet loaders and utilize OBTI to generate analysis reports of simple to medium complexity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills Knowledge:
  • Payroll elements, fast formulas, and costing setup.
  • Payroll flows, checklists, and payroll processing.
  • Understanding of payroll tables, payrun results, and data loader HDL and HSDL.
