We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive transformation in Human Resource Management Systems. As an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of HCM Extracts, Reporting, and Integrations to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Design, develop, and support HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
  • Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules.
  • Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs.
  • Support end-to-end HR functional flows (Hire → Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions.
  • Develop and manage HDL-based data loads with inbound/outbound integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools for business continuity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in BI Publisher (BIP): Custom reports, complex data models, bursting, and layouts.
  • Proficient in OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI): Real-time dashboards & analytics.
  • Experience with HCM Extracts: Data exchange and HR/recruiting monitoring.
  • Familiarity with Fast Formulas: Build, debug, and maintain HR formulas.
  • Hands-on experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader): Strong data load expertise.
  • APIs & Integration: Hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs, OIC integrations, and secure data frameworks.
