Job Title: Business Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead business transformation initiatives, driving change management strategies and maximizing employee adoption and usage.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects or change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget. They will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organization structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
  • Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
  • Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
  • Assess the change impact, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support training efforts, providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR.
  • 5-14 years of relevant experience in change management consulting.
  • Techno-commercial knowledge.
  • Change Management certification (Prosci) is a plus.
  • Consulting experience in Change Management is mandatory.
  • Supply chain/S4 Hana experience is an added advantage.
