Taurus Mutual Fund is a leading provider of financial services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our market share and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share
- Manage sales operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and customer relationship management
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the market and competitive products
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills are required
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Director or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
- Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per annum
