Ambryn Portfolio Solutions Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Expert to join our team. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the government, construction, and real estate industries.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the government and real estate sectors, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently with a strategic, growth-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, nurturing relationships with decision-makers.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including negotiating and finalizing contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and client needs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the construction, real estate, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network in the government and real estate sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary: ₹1,500,000 per annum.
