
Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned professional with experience in sales and management. They will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing debtors, and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets as per established benchmarks and manage debtor accounts efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and project managers to secure business opportunities.
- Monitor market competition and provide valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Enhance share of business from existing channels, customers, and influencers through effective communication and negotiation.
- Provide product training to channel partners and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
Requirements:
- 6-9 years of experience for an Assistant Manager role or 10-16 years of experience for a Deputy Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of VRF & Ducted Systems is essential.
- Effective channel management skills and excellent negotiation and communication skills are required.
