Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Client Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, leveraging your product knowledge and expertise to deliver solutions that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a trusted advisor and problem solver, independently or as part of a team, assist clients using ADP's products and technology, solve time-sensitive issues, and provide solutions that make a difference.
  • Build relationships with clients via phone, email, or chat, striving to exceed expectations in every interaction.
  • Educate and recommend, leveraging your product knowledge to help clients understand the value of ADP's offerings and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Organize to thrive, manage your day with structured prioritization, multitasking, and timely follow-ups to deliver great service.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2–6 years in client service/customer service or systems integration
  • Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written), analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Shifts: Willingness to work in US shifts
  • Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate
  • Experience with: US Payroll and International Voice Process preferred
