Role Summary:
">- We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Utilize customer knowledge of processes and systems to support service activation, issue remediation, and minimize impact on customers.
- Manage orders throughout their lifecycle while keeping customers informed via call and message channels.
- Coordinate device dispatch with supply chain teams for timely delivery and ensure activation prior to customer receipt.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times, schedule changes, and returns.
- Manage multiple queues and adapt to changing demand, ensuring timely order processing.
- Respond promptly to incoming requests from other departments through clear and concise communication.
- Support onshore staff during peak periods and weekends by managing overflow calls.
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently to process orders, identify opportunities for improvement, and apply documented processes and work instructions.
- Complete all mandatory training to maintain the necessary skills and knowledge required for accurate information and advice provision in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to HSE policies and standards to model safe behaviors, minimize risks, and prioritize personal safety and others' well-being.
Requirements:
">- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with high self-discipline.
- Previous call center or customer management experience is highly desirable.
- Effective use of relevant systems for providing solutions to customers.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet performance measures.
- Tech savviness in navigating multiple systems and applications.
- Troubleshooting skills for resolving customer issues succinctly.
- Multitasking abilities while engaging with customers.
- Proficiency in note capturing and typing.
