Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to clients across the globe. Your primary objective will be to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring that clients receive high-quality support.

You will work closely with internal teams to identify and address system outages, performance issues, and other technical problems. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to clearly explain complex technical information to non-technical clients, making you an invaluable asset to our organization.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions, identifying areas for process improvement, and contributing to the development of new procedures and best practices.

Your role will involve working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

  • Provide clear and concise explanations of technical information to clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or technical support roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT concepts and terminology, especially around LAN/WAN.
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities related to general IT/system issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus and should be disclosed.
  • Experience using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is preferred.
